In the ego’s original design, it created that sense of fear, or “fight or flight” feeling within us ONLY to protect us. Us being the incarnate spiritual Being. It is also designed perfectly to know matter. To know how to work with the energies we call matter. In it’s original state, when the heart (which is your soul) has a prompting, it is the ego that know how to make it manifest.

You can also look at it like this, the heart is the magnetic field of attraction, the mind/ego is the fuel that charges up and runs your magnetic field. In order to run in high efficiency, you much use the correct fuel. The new or original ego is high test, the old ego is diesel. Now remember you are the alchemist of your life. Only you can change the fuel that drives your life.

Shambhala is the very energy of God realization. The very field of existence where heaven and earth are one. Shambhala is the highest field of energy available to all humans who has done their inner work and raised their vibration to the point of accessing it and living within it.

This sacred energy is so special, so incredibly potent in its expression that it literally takes two people to unlock the energy and bring it here to earth. This energy is the true God potential in all of us. The very energy that effortlessly turned loaves into fish, water into wine and created instant healing with a simple touch of the hand.

And WE must bring it back into the field of matter! This podcasts tell you how we can do this!!

This is the first of many new podcasts to come. I kept this one simple and took the liberty of giving thanks to those in Egypt, and across the world who are daring to stand together and demand freedom. That is truly change we can raise our vibrations within, and not an easy thing to do!!

Contrary to popular belief, there is no right or wrong ways to do meditation. Your body already knows how to reach this beautiful and natural state within yourself.... Trust in yourSelf.

Learning to meditate will not only allow you to live stress free, but also opens communication to the spiritual realm for guidance and assistance in your life!

This is NOT a guided meditation but one for you to follow by yourself once you have reached that place of meditation where stillness lays and the mind has faded gently into the background of your Being. This meditation will tell you so much about yourself. Enjoy the journey!

This meditation is multi-layered to help you see the beauty within your life (garden), deal with your emotions (foot bridge) and connect with your spirit guides/angels (City of Light). Let me be your example of potential, of hope, of what can and will be. I am supported by an endless source of love and companionship in the spiritual realm that brought me to here, and now I need that same love and companionship, the same level of service, in the human realm. We are family, we are more powerful and resourceful than you can imagine! Together, we can Be the Change we dream of!

In spirit’s eyes, there is no such thing as a dream that is too big. If we can dream it, we can create it!

We have learned to give our power away since we were children, leaving us exhuasted and often times ill. Learn to take back your power and become A Fully Empowered Spiritual Human!!

Well I have moved out from behind the microphone to infron of the camera (yikes). This videocast is filmed out of our Center "The Wonder of You" and features myself and my friend and business partner Peggy Aguero talking about What is really behind the laws of attraction and manifestation, there is so much more to it all than just visualizing and wishing!!! We - as a global society are changing from both the inside out and the outside in. Our weather patterns have intensified and is literally changing the landscape of the globe... and now our financial markets are doing the very same thing, but hitting us from the inside, where we live and what we have counted on up until now.

And now, we are at one of the most crucial choice points ever... do WE do something... or continue to let others do it for us (actually for themselves, because WE are not in their true scheme of things).

Unless you are in a complete coma, you can see CHANGE not only taking place all around you, but speeding down the streets as we move on by.

Like any change that has ever come before, it appears scary... but really it is the most exciting time in our own USA history... save the 1776 Deloration of Independance (smile). Wall Street is collapsing and we should celebrate NOT get scared. Change can only take place when the old moves out of the way. But... the old is trying to hang onto dear life... excuse me, dear money.... so what can WE do... just listen!!

Starting with the solar eclipse of August 1st 2008 everything we think, do, say and most especially FEEL will become magnified within our earthly reality. There has never been a more important time on planet earth to clear your inner fears and worries, because ready or not, all will be magnified for you to see, experience and either deal with or ride the tide of Joy (depending on what you are truly feeling within).

When we get an inspired idea and it seems to not work out should we just forget about it? NO!! So what does it mean...

What we knew of Ascention in the old energy is NOT what it is in the new energy. The days of just vibrating right off of planet earth are gone. Now, we stay in body and move thru the Ascention or Enlightenment process. How I came to start this spiritual path and how I ended up healing myself without ever really trying!

Healing is a process and usually not an over night event. The more you stay dilegent to your healing process, the quicker and more completely you heal.

Earth has changed her vibration, and will continue to change thru 2012, as she changes, so is everyone and everything on this planet. This energy is magnificent, but can be viewed as less than that because it makes you change... there is no choice really... as the earth shifst so must you, fight it and you will find yourself on the other side of the veil, go with it, and life transforms into the most incredible adventure ever!! Either way is perfectly wonderful, there is no judgement on how you experience this energetically brand new planet called earth!

The time for your to realize you are choosing your experience is now. If you are not having a pleasant experience, you can change it by consciously unleashing your spiritual power from within. This is an exciting time to be awake on planet earth!!

Planet earth is currently undergoing massive changes both energetically and physically, the ride will be much better for us humans if we start adjusting to this new and exciting vibration that is already present and growing! Raising our vibration has never been easier!!

The shifting of energies we felt in June 2007 was actually the physical releasing of Earths Kundalini energy rising upwards thru the veil. We are ALL affected by this energy. How depends on where you focus.. fear or love. Now is the time to get ready for the b"big one" Gods Kundalini being released!

 This blue moon phase rocked my world and the planet we live upon. This is my experience with the energy shift... push, that came with the 2nd full moon (called the blue moon) during May 2007!!

What if… Our sexual energy, when shared with pure love in the heart with another was our closest connection to our Creator?

What if… The energetic exchange merged these three energies as one (you, partner, & Creator)?

What if… The creation of the soul was done through the orgasmic flow of our Creator, in a pure and loving state so that when we shared ourselves in this manner, in the physical world of Being, could we not touch and feel the heart of God within the exchange?

What are spirit guides and what purpose do they serve in our physical lives?

Living consciously is more than realizing you are a body and in the physical place we call life. Every thought, word and deed has a far reaching effect…. even on people you do not know!

Every thought, word and deed you put “out there” comes back to you! What reality have you created for yourself and how is it affecting others?

There is a powerful energy creating the reality you know as your life… that energy is YOU! The engine that creates your life thru you is your belief system! Better yet… stay away from any beliefs! are simply what someone else told you is true… not that it is true… Truth is very different than a belief!

Many of us have said prayers that seem to go unanswered… unfullfilled…. but why? Maybe it is because YOU did nothing to create the energy of the prayer/desire in YOUR life.

YOU ARE THE GOD YOU ARE PRAYING TO!

I have always heard the statements: ”what you perceive is what you receive”, “you only experience what you focus on” and so on, but until the other day, I did not realize just how true those statements are. Reality is multilayered and shows itself according to what you focus on! This is my experience and understanding of the days to come for all of us!

Nothing is ever hidden from us, we just keep looking outside of ourselves for the answers... your truth is within!

The one thing I have found, there is a lot of "missing" information in any given idea (human idea's) including what Kundalini really is and how to utalize the energy, your soul energy for your health and highest good!

Death does not happen just once in a lifetime… We have experienced death in many ways, many times in our lifetimes and will continue to do so until we leave this physical body. A death of a relationship, the end of a job, the breaking of a vehicle, a house catching fire…. death comes in many ways and for only one reason, to make way for the new energy that is trying to enter. Where we get hung up in life is trying to cling to the old, or stay in a state of mourning/depression, that is when the death cycle becomes hardest. Letting go…. letting the universe take care of you thru your percieved losses…. that will bring the quickest and most joyous new life to you. But how do you to that?? This is my story of my story..
